What are the things that affect your periods

Periods are an essential part of a woman’s healthy reproductive health. It starts at the beginning of the teenage and lasts until the time of menopause. Most women miss out on the fact that being obese actually has an impact on your menstrual cycle. When you are overweight then your body might start to produce the oestrogen hormone in excess. Losing too much weight or being underweight
