Some food combinations usually go wrong. But most of the people ignore the fact of food partners. In other words, they ignore that fact that why one food product should not be eaten with the another. Banana and milk are very heavy to eat together. They are difficult to digest and even slows down the process of brain functioning. Banana and milk both belong to opposite food quality. One has heating quality and other has cooling quality. Besides this bananas turn sour while they break down and eventually become toxic when sour gets mixed with milk. This eventually leads to problems like cold, cough, rashes on the body, allergy etc.

Burger and fries:

We often have fries along with our favourite burger. However, this is a complete disaster. Trans fat is prime in both these food choices. Cheese is a common protein rich dairy product. It leads to stomach bloating and the problem of gas. It weakens the process of digestion as both of the food products are heavy to digest. Now considering their food quality, cheese is heating in nature whereas, beans can be either heating or cooling. Thus, they cause confusion in the digestive system. If by mistake these food products reach the colon then the process of urination, sweating and faecal movement slows down and get infected.

Pizza and soda:

This combination is everyone’s favourite. Our taste buds are addicted to this combination. However, pizza and soda drinks are both acidic in nature. Pizza contains carbohydrates and proteins in high proportion. However, it takes up most of the body energy during the process of digestion. Along with that, drinking soda also leads to slow down the process of digestion. It eventually causes gastric and stomach related problems.
