Ironically, some people face problem in getting sound sleep. If you fail to fall asleep for an adequate time then it may be harmful to your health. Leave your bedroom door open 

When people sleep with their bedroom doors and windows closed, they have a higher level of carbon dioxide in their bedroom. Thus, the person who sleeps in such room often wakes up in the middle of the night. However, to get better sleep, keep the door and window of your room open for proper ventilation.

You will get sound sleep easily if you practice exercise daily. The exercise does not provide immediate benefits. You have to establish an exercise routine, which will help you to regulate circadian rhythm and increase your drive to sleep more.
