If your diet contains an unhealthy amount of salt then it can cause dehydration. Salt makes your cell dehydrated. Therefore, you feel thirsty if you have too much salt in your diet.

Diabetes:
If you feel thirsty all the time then you must get yourself check for diabetes. Diabetes leads to frequent urination. As a result of which you can feel thirsty all the time.

Early morning work out:
Early morning work out helps the body to sweat a lot. Due to this sweating, the body loses electorate, as a result, you remain thirsty for the whole day. Early morning exercise is actually a good habit that helps to balance the water level in the body.

Low blood pressure:
When you are suffering from low blood pressure your body struggles to maintain the right balance of water. Therefore, you feel thirsty all the time when you have low blood pressure. Low blood pressure can also lead to lack of energy and worrisome thoughts.
