We all go to pee in the middle of the night when we wake up. Some of us do not get up because we do not feel the pressure much. But most of us do. Congestive Heart Failure:

Hence, while we lie down at night, this extra fluid of the body which was stored in the legs, returns to the bloodstream of the entire body and finally, it causes an increase in urine production.
You may lack antidiuretic hormone:
When you tend to age, the body keeps losing antidiuretic hormone. This specific hormone helps your kidneys to control their fluid levels. So, the more your body lose this hormone, the more you pee. When you turn around age 40, your body gradually starts losing this hormone. So, near this age, you may feel this problem often.
Your feet are swollen:
If your feet are swollen, the causes can be fluid retention in your lower body. Due to this, you feel to urinate in the middle of the night. So, these fluid stored in your feet comes up when you lie down. This increases your urine production. When this happens, you can elevate your legs for few times before bed. Chances of having STDs:
There are some sexually transmitted diseases which cause urinate again and again, even in the middle of the night. These are gonorrhoea and chlamydia. If you have these diseases you will have, burning sensation while you peeing. Middle-aged or older adults face these problems mostly.
Your bladder is weak:
It is natural that when you have a weak bladder you feel peeing quite often. Women mostly face this problem. Vaginal childbirth can make a woman’s bladder quite weak. You may feel like you need to pee all the time. But, this is not mandatory that every woman who has gone through vaginal birth have to face this problem.
