Consumption of acidic fruit and vegetable

In fact, just after eating these fruits, drink water. This will reduce the problem of yellowing of teeth.

Drinking tea and coffee

Drinking tea and coffee can be the reason for yellowing of the teeth. When you drink 2-3 cups of tea or coffee in a day, enamel comes in direct contact with the staining agent.
