Consumption of acidic fruit and vegetable

Citrus fruits such as tomatoes, juices, pineapple have high amounts of acid, to get rid of problem reduce their intake. Reducing does not mean that you remove them from the diet. In fact, just after eating these fruits, drink water. This will reduce the problem of yellowing of teeth.

Drinking tea and coffee

Drinking tea and coffee can be the reason for yellowing of the teeth. When you drink 2-3 cups of tea or coffee in a day, enamel comes in direct contact with the staining agent.
