What things you must never do when you are eating

Nowadays people are always in a hurry to go through the day. There are deadlines to meet, work to finish, social life to take care of etc. In this rat race of endless chores, the one thing that suffers the most is your eating routine. Most of the people use there eating time be it lunch, dinner or breakfast to watch television, read or pondering over the mails. Watching TV
Many people have this habit of catching up on their favourite shows while having their meal. However, nobody really thinks of the consequences of this. When you are watching the television while eating you forget how much you need to eat and you hardly pay attention to the way you are chewing your food.

Talking
Almost everyone is guilty of doing this. One must not talk with the mouth full, not just for the sake of social etiquette but because it is not good for you. The reason for it that when you are chewing your food your salvia is involved, but talking while eating leads to the entry of the air. The air creates problems in mixing of the salvia and food. Drinking water
When you are eating your stomaching is preparing fluids to start the digestion process. However, when you drink water while having the meal, then you harm the fluids as they turn diluted.

Walking
