To prepare the corn silk tea, you need to dry the corn silk and add two spoons of the same in a cup of boiling water. Boil the mixture for 10-15 minutes and drink it after straining.

Low Salt Intake:

If you have low urine output and your salt intake is more than normal, you immediate step should be to lessen the salt intake. The kidney metabolises the sodium intake, however, if the intake of salt is more it puts pressure on the kidney function leading to lower urine output. The body retains water through the reabsorption of kidneys.
