We all live in a world where we are constantly stressed and worried about work and study. So, it is natural that all these things have an impact on our health. Not sleeping well
Maintaining a healthy sleeping routine is very important to maintain your health. Many people stay up really late at night or have an improper sleeping routine. This reflects on their health in their later years.

Most people in 20s are guilty of doing this. Due to hectic life schedule, they switch to packed and processed food from healthy and fresh food. This leaves them deprived of nutrition.
