What are the medical tests you must undergo in your 20s

Most of us often fear to visit the doctor, and in most cases, people only visit the doctor when it is a must. This attitude towards health is clearly wrong as regular health checkups and tests can help you to know if there is any problem. Regular tests help to know the health problems beforehand and then you can take actions accordingly. Cholesterol test
People who are in there 20s must get their Triglycerides and Cholesterol check. Cholesterol is a fatty protein that is there in your blood. It has two type Good cholesterol(HDL) and bad cholesterol(LDL). In general, your cholesterol level should be less than 220. It is the healthy number, if it rises, it can lead to many health problems. STD test
In your 20s you run the risk of Sexually transmitted disease like HIV and others. Therefore it is important that you go through STD tests to know about your sexual health. If you established an unprotected physical relationship with your partner or you are a drug addict, then it is furthermore important for you.

Eyesight test
If you are having trouble seeing things, then you must go for an eyesight test. You can opt for other eyes-related tests to ensure that your eyes are fine. You can find about early signs of cataract as well.

Blood pressure test
