Our immune system plays a major role in making the good bacteria fight the bad bacteria and digest the food. However, gluten hampers the good bacteria and disturbs the functioning of immune system. Impacts the dental oral health: Those who are intolerant to gluten, often suffer from dental oral problems. It impacts the tissues and gums of an individual’s mouth badly and hampers their dental oral health.
Allergy on skin: Those who are intolerant to gluten, when consume a gluten-rich food, often fall prey to the skin allergies. They get rashes and allergic reactions on their body and feel quite uneasy.
Joint and muscle pain: If a gluten intolerant person, takes in some gluten, it impacts the most on their muscles and joints.
