Tea:
Tea is a great source of good caffeine. Dry tea contains more caffeine than the boiled ones. When the tea is brewed it loses a good amount of caffeine. If you want to consume the good caffeine in your body, drink green tea. It neither triggers your pain nor takes off your sleep. So, drinking two cups of green tea in a day will be great for your health.

Chocolate:
Chocolates are energy bars. But along with it, they contain caffeine too. As it has cocoa beans it has caffeine too. Any chocolate drinks, bars or semi-liquid form also have caffeine. In fact, dark chocolate has more caffeine than milk chocolate. So, eating just 2-3 pieces of chocolates will provide you energy and caffeine content which are essential for your body. Dairy products with an added sweetener:

Soda:
Diet soda, soda bottles, soft drinks etc. may contain caffeine. Most of them are colas and other dark-coloured sodas, as they add dark colours, they sometimes use liquids which are caffeine liquids.
