Although, there is no guarantee that drinking tea can prevent us from cancer but the antioxidants will help in binding up the free radicals.
You need more Vitamin C:
Smokers lack nutrients, especially vitamin C. Their body requires more nutrients as their free radicals in the body have no restrictions. Vitamin C help in this work. If your body is lacking vitamin C day by day because of smoking, it can increase the risk of heart disease, cancer and eye disorders. Incorporate vitamin E into your diet:

Eat more cruciferous vegetables like Kale, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, radishes and bok choy etc. These veggies are a natural dietary source of isothiocyanates. This compound can prevent the development, growth and spread of cancer cells. So, if you are a smoker do not forget to eat cruciferous vegetables in a good amount.
