Do’s To Prevent Bad Breath:

Drink a lot of water:
If you want to make your oral health better, drink a lot of water. When your body lacks water, your entire body suffers and it invites a lot of health issues. These issues make your oral health worse and make your breath stinky. So, in the morning, drink a lot of water to have a healthy life.

Change Your Toothbrush After two months:
How many of you actually do this? We hardly change our toothbrush after two month. We have a tendency to exceed this time for a long and use a singel brush almost for ages. Wash your tongue daily:
Many of us ignore the tongue cleaning. But let us tell you that, it is an essential part of oral care. If your tongue is not clean, your mounth will automatically become unhealthy and form a pungent smell.

Don’ts To Prevent Bad Breath:

Do not chew sugary gums:
You chew a sugary gum to eradicate your bad breath right? But let us tell you that, chewing gums do not help you to do so. It may give you a temporary relief but it can not prevent the bacterial interference in your mouth. Rather, it can make your mouth promote more bacterial interference.

Using a mouthwash which has alcohol:
Almost every mouthwash has 27 percent alcohol which increases the pungent odour in your mouth. Moreover, the presence of alcohol makes your mouth dry and invites bacterial interference.
