Do not consume multivitamin

For many years, people use multivitamin to stay healthy. Vitamin C helps in boosting the immune system, so vitamin A helps to keep eyes healthy and keep vitamin B energetic. All these things are not found in the right way. But consuming them in excessive amounts is harmful to the body. According to a study, people who consume multivitamin for a long time increase the risk of early death.

Consume Vitamin D

Vitamin D is not present in all types of food. Vitamin D is beneficial in keeping bones strong. Also, helps to absorb calcium. Vitamin D is produced in the body with sunlight, but it is not possible in the winter. According to a recent study, people who consumed vitamin D supplements daily have more life time than others. Do not consume antioxidants

Eat Folic Acid
