Tonsillitis: Which habits increase the problem of tonsillitis

Tonsils are the two lymph, which is located on the back of the throat. Tonsils are the important part of the immune system and play a powerful role in preventing the body from infection. Sometimes they get an infection due to microbes which enter through your nose. The infection cause swelling in tonsils and this condition is called as tonsillitis. The tonsillitis cause discomfort, problems in breathing and also disturb sleep. Tonsillitis also triggers fever, headache and soreness. However, if you have breathing problem due to tonsillitis then immediately contact the doctor. Apart from this, there are some habits which may increase tonsillitis.     Many people do not drink adequate water due to which microbes and food particles stick to the tonsil and then increase the problem of tonsillitis. Therefore, drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.

    Mouth is one of the dirtiest parts of the human body because it acts as a housing for microbes. This is the reason you should avoid using the used spoon, forks, cups and other utensils so that more microbes cannot enter to your mouth.
  4. Using the same toothbrush for a long time

    Tonsillitis: Using the same toothbrush for a long time may increase the problem.

    By using the same toothbrush for a long time, you invite more microbes to enter your throat because the microbes are stored on the toothbrush. These microbes stick to your tonsils and increase the problem of tonsillitis.

  5. Food drink or beverage which enhances tonsils
