  4. Aspartame
    Artificial sweetener also contributes to triggering the migraine. To prevent migraine stop consuming packed foods and beverages, including diet sodas, breakfast cereals and puddings.
  5. Chocolate craving
    Consumption of chocolate also triggers a migraine. The craving for sweets is the symptom of an oncoming migraine. In the initial stage of the migraine attack, people can experience chocolate cravings but the food itself is not responsible for a migraine.
