Mixed milk

Instead of raising the amount of caffeine in your afternoon tea or coffee, you can drink a spicy milk. To make this, add one cup of cinnamon, ginger, and boil it in a cup of milk. Add some turmeric and cardamom powder in it and then boil and drink.
