Summer tips: During summers, most of the people try to lose weight and thus start going to the gym. They do a lot of efforts to stay in shape. Though doing this is not a bad idea but it is always best to lose weight in a healthy manner. Dieting and workout help you to get into a proper body shape, but make sure your body does not lack any nutrients. You must drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. Olive oil helps to lock the moisturiser in your skin which you often lose because of the extreme heat. In order to keep your skin supple and healthy, consume 1 tsp, of olive oil daily.
