Though doing this is not a bad idea but it is always best to lose weight in a healthy manner. Dieting and workout help you to get into a proper body shape, but make sure your body does not lack any nutrients. You must drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. Apply sunscreen
Besides keeping your body healthy, you need to keep your skin healthy too. Thus, do not forget to apply sunscreen during summers. Apply a sunscreen that contains SPF 30 so that it protects the skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the Sun.

Use olive oil
Olive oil has monounsaturated fats that help to protect the skin from the harmful rays of the Sun. Olive oil helps to lock the moisturiser in your skin which you often lose because of the extreme heat. In order to keep your skin supple and healthy, consume 1 tsp, of olive oil daily.
