Before bathing: Drinking water before taking a bath helps to neutralise your blood pressure. Those who are suffering from the problem of high blood pressure should drink water before bathing. It also helps to regulate the temperature of the body.
Before sleeping: An hour before going off to sleep, you must drink a water. It helps to sober down the need for liquid in the body while you fall asleep. However, if you have a problem with your kidneys, you must not drink water before going to bed as it may lay an undue pressure on the kidney.
