How to take care of your health during weather change

Change of weather is a constant process. A slight change in weather leads to a lot of infections and risk of falling ill. A drastic change in weather leads to a lot of trouble to the individuals. Our body needs time to get adapted to the weather change. Our body cannot adjust immediately with the sudden rise and fall in the temperature. Eventually, many of us undergo illness. Cold, cough, viral infection, fatigue, skin problems etc. are some of the ways of the body to show its resistance towards the weather change. How to take care of your health during weather change?

Practice yoga: We all must involve ourselves in some kind of physical workout. Practicing yoga is one of the best habits. If you want to keep your body fit and adaptable to the different climate, you must daily practice yoga. Besides yoga, one can join a gym, do aerobics, Zumba or can simply do the workout at home.

Stay hydrated: Water is essential for our body. Drinking a sufficient amount of water helps to stay healthy. One should drink a good amount of water to build the immunity against various diseases. Eat watery food more: Try to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in your diet that have a good water content in them. Melons, pears, cucumber, zucchini, milk etc. should become a part of your daily diet. Besides this, try to avoid oily and spicy food as much as you can.

Include few herbs in your diet: Herbs are magical in nature and work as a great healer. Thus, try to cook your meals by adding few herbs to them like tulsi, amla, neem, Brahmi etc. They help to boost the immunity of the body and help to fight various infections in the body.

Use rose water: Rosewater is extremely beneficial for the skin. It not only helps to fight skin infections but keep the skin healthy during the weather change. Apply some rose water on yoru face daily. You can even add some drops of it to your bathing water.
