Not able to sleep
Many people are victims of insomnia, which cause a problem in sound sleep. Due to insomnia, there may be many problems like blood pressure, heart disease. To overcome this, you can try acupuncture, meditation. To remove this, stop drinking alcohol before sleeping. Because alcohol consumption does not allow you to sleep deeply.

Unable to wake up in the morning
