To clean the liver, it is advisable to consume fluids. Therefore, one can drink vegetable juice made up of carrot, beet, bitter gourd and spinach. Exclude toxic foods from your diet
If you are including toxic foods in your diet, avoid them. Stop the use of processed food, high sugar foods, fast and junk food as much as you can. This affects the whole body and the liver.
