The liver is one of the most important parts of our body. It is responsible for performing the important functions of the body. The liver continuously works to remove toxins from the body, convert lactate into energy, eliminate old blood cells, activate enzymes, clean blood, store vitamins, minerals and glycogen. Thus, it is necessary to keep the liver healthy so that it can function properly. By working continuously the liver can become toxic. Mix lemons in water and drink it
If you are showing signs of constipation, thick urine or fatigue, then understand that you need to detox the liver. Water is the best choice for this. Water helps to excrete toxins from your body so that your liver gets cleared. For better results, you can add lemon juice and drink it.

Raw vegetables
To clean the liver, it is advisable to consume fluids. Therefore, one can drink vegetable juice made up of carrot, beet, bitter gourd and spinach. Exclude toxic foods from your diet
If you are including toxic foods in your diet, avoid them. Stop the use of processed food, high sugar foods, fast and junk food as much as you can. This affects the whole body and the liver.

Potassium-rich foods
A healthy person needs around 3500-4700 mg potassium throughout the day. If you are taking less potassium than this, then you may have many health issues. Therefore, to clean the liver, increase the number of foods rich in potassium in your diet. For this, you can eat sweet potato, apricots, coconut water, pomegranate, spinach, and avocado.
