We sleep and sit on our beds daily. Even if you are the sole user of your comforter and bedsheet, you should wash it once in a week. Our unclean feet, dirt which we gather throughout the day often cling to our bedsheet while we lie down on them. Our sweat often produces bacteria which gets accumulated on our bedsheets and pillows. Coming in contact with them often leads to acne, pimple, rashes, cold, skin allergy etc. Thus, make sure you wash your bedsheets, bedcovers, linen and pillows right in time.

A refrigerator is a place where we store food. Some food gets staled and perishes overtime which in turn spreads bacteria and fungus in the aura. Keeping fresh food might also become hazardous in such situation. Besides this, it is again a gadget which emits harmful rays. Thus, we should wipe it clean from inside out thoroughly at least twice a week to ensure our well being.

Water bottles and lunch boxes
We use water bottles to store and drink water on daily basis. Same goes for lunch boxes. You can’t reuse them without washing properly. It is advisable to wash the drinking bottles and lunch boxes on daily basis without a skip after every single use. The lid of the water bottle is a home centre for various bacteria, virus and fungi. In fact, if you don’t wash your bottles for 2-3 days, you can see a green colour substance residing at the bottom, it is called algae. So, wash your dishes, lunch and water bottles properly.

The brushes and tools we use every day to apply our makeup need to be washed on daily basis. It may gather bacteria and dirt. We tend to apply makeup on our face with the same. Thus we should make sure we wash them clean immediately after using them, if not then every alternate day. Otherwise, it may lead to skin irritation and infection.
