Eating artificial coloured food might turn our poop colour or affect our pee colour. There are many foods which affect our body in weird ways and make various changes. Besides this, some food makes us constipated while others lead to diarrhoea. We all must know that even the little thing that we intake, lays an impact on our body. Consumption of beetroot and berries often turn the colour of the urine pinkish. Though this is temporary, you can notice it. It is usually because of the colour they possess. It is even suggested in the study.

Carrots are rich in beta-carotene which is an orange colour pigment. You can notice the colour on your palms while chopping or peeling the carrots. It gives an orange tint colour to your skin.

When we eat a lot of coloured food like artificial dyed food, it often turns the colour of our poop the next morning. Though it is negligible and temporary change, it can be noticed easily. Eating too many gums, candies, etc. can cause the same.

Acidic fruits like orange, grapefruit, lemon etc. which are rich in vitamin C can increase your urge to pee more. As they are high on an acidic level, they tend to irritate the bladder and leads to an increase in the frequency of urination.

Eating banana daily helps the body in multiple ways. The weirdest thing it does to our body is beating the problem of bloating. If you encounter bloating, you must eat a banana every morning. It will help to reduce water retention in the body.
