Burt toast:
Do you like eating toast in an extra burnt way? Do not eat them anymore. When you burn a toast, it releases acrylamide which creates digestive issues. It even makes you suffer from constipation and too much gas production. You can eat toast, but make sure you do not burn them too much.

When you cook chicken it is good to eat. But when it becomes cool due to refrigeration, it becomes toxic. It harms the composition of proteins present in chicken.
