Our goal is to keep food in the refrigerator so that food and vegetables stay fresh for a long time. Let’s know about some foods that should not be kept in the refrigerator.
The potatoes should not be kept in the refrigerator. If you keep potatoes at low temperature, the starch of potato starch is broken down into sugar and the level of sugar increases. Moreover, the levels of acrylamide increase in potato which is harmful to health.

Most people keep the tomatoes in the fridge but due to low temperature, the tomato membrane is damaged, which eliminates their natural flavour. Apart from this, the low temperature of the refrigerator also slows down the tomato ripening. So instead of keeping the tomatoes in the refrigerator, put them in the paper bag and keep it at room temperature.
The bread becomes dry as well hard if you keep it in the refrigerator. The bread is made from cereals, which is primarily starch. This starch breaks when exposed to moisture and the bread starts drying rapidly. Therefore, bread should be stored in the packet at room temperature.
Fruits contain seed
