Unripe banana leads to the problem of constipation. If the bananas do not ripen, it aggravates the problem of constipation even more.
Dairy products like milk, cheese, cream etc. cause constipation as there is little or no fibre. One must consume dairy products in the diet but in a limit and should try to include more whole grains as they contain fibre. Those who are lactose intolerant also experience bloating.
Consumption of white bread leads to the problem of constipation and is actually unhealthy for the digestion. It has little or no fibre which increases constipation and leads to the dry stool. Thus, one must consume whole grain bread.
Coffee and alcohol
The problem of dehydration increases constipation. We need proper fluids to have healthy digestion and easy bowel movement. So, restrict your coffee and alcohol consumption as they cause dehydration. You can drink green tea instead of coffee.
Being high in proteins, eggs have low fibre. One must include more vegetables and fruits in the daily diet to initiate a healthy digestion and get rid of constipation.
