Stop eating when you are 80 percent full:

You should add veggies to your every meal:
No matter what meal you are taking, you should not forget to include vegetables in it. They are not only full of fibre, but they have a lot of nutritional benefits. Infact, when you eat any acidic food, your body needs some healthy veggies to get the alkaline in the body. Hence, add broccoli, tomatoes, cucumber, spinach and other better veggies on your meal. Add some carbohydrates:

Eat slowly with the small bites:
