Healthy and nutritious foods should be consumed for better health. Often people are careless about their dinner, which harm their health. Eating healthier foods at night gives you better sleep and controls your weight. Never eat fried food at night because they are not digested easily. Therefore, always eat foods that can be easily digested and you can get a better and adequate sleep.
