    Fasting weakens many parts of the body and for this reason, people have to face problems like headaches, muscle cramps, tiredness, nausea and weakness.
  4. Deficiency of minerals and vitamins in the body
    During fasting, people leave food and drinking. Due to not eating proper food and consuming water body does not get adequate minerals, vitamins and other nutrients due to which people suffer many health problems.
