Bad habits: Some of our little daily habits are harming our health in a bad way.

Bad habits: Most of us have certain bad habits which harm our skin and health in the worst way possible. Usually, unknowingly, we all possess some habits which are actually bad for us. This makes us a victim of those bad habits. We all know, that we need to adopt a healthy lifestyle in order to stay fit. However, a slight mistake makes us pay a heavy price in terms of our health. Habits like smoking, drinking, not sleeping sufficiently, not drinking enough water etc. are some common bad habits. But there are some little habits which are not safe for our well being. Bad habits: Which are the worst habits which harm us in a negative way?

Holding on pee
Holding on the pee is the worst habit. It increases the risk of infection and kidney damage. When you do not pee, the urine passes back to the kidney and applies pressure. It even leads to the growth of bad bacteria. Thus, one must pee around 5-7 times a day.

Biting nails
Most of us bite our nails when we are worried or anxious. However, it is a bad habit. It spoils the texture of the nails and can cause skin infection. Besides this, it may lead to the flow of infection in the body and make us fall sick.

Working too much on the computer
Most of us work on computers or laptops for long hours. This lays a deep strain to our eyes and increases the risk of retina damage. It even causes dryness of the eyes and affects the vision power as well.

Carrying a heavy weight on one shoulder

Bad habits: Carrying heavy weight on one shoulder can cause neck and back pain.

When we carry a heavy bag on one shoulder, it harms our neck balance. It might cause numbness in the neck and arms. Also, do not carry excess weight on one shoulder. Try to use a bag pack instead.

Chewing gum
Chewing gum all through the say increase the sugar level of the body and also increases the risk of bacteria build up in the mouth. Not just this, it lays pressure on the jaws and causes the cavity too. Hence, chew it for 5-10 minutes and then rinse your mouth.
