Bloating

Take a glass of water and boil it. Now add some ginger, Epsom salt and Asafoetida in it. It will help to get rid of bloating from the stomach.
Indigestion
In order to get rid of the problem of indigestion, one must add easy digestive ingredients in the diet. Add black pepper, ginger, cinnamon etc. To prepare Ayurvedic tonic that helps in digestion, you need 1/4 white grass, 10 tulsi leaves, 3-4 cloves and ginger. Blend them all together and drink it once in a day.
Diarrhoea

One must consume water in an adequate amount while undergoing the problem of diarrhoea. Besides this, add grated ginger in a glass of water and add fennel seeds. Now add a pinch of turmeric to it.
Acid Reflux
Acid reflux causes inflammation in the body. Consumption of buttermilk helps to bring relief to the problem of inflammation. Take some curd and water in equal quantity. Blend it properly. Take some Epsom salt and add roasted cumin seeds to it. Drink it daily as it will help to get rid of the problem of acid reflux.
