How to avoid the contamination of the dairy products

The turning of milk sour and the contamination of dairy products are some of the common concerns of people. The dairy products are perishable and it is important to maintain their freshness in order to avoid contamination and wastage. Salmonella and Clostridium are the bacteria which are responsible for the contamination of the dairy products. However, consumption of contaminated food can lead to food poisoning, skin allergies, diarrhoea and many other serious problems. The major reason behind the contamination of dairy products is the consumption of pesticides rich fodder by cows and buffaloes on large scale.
