Start your day with healthy Amla juice and a mix of walnuts and almond mixture. This will prepare your body for the day ahead.
For the most important meal of the day, you can start with 2 daal paranthas and a bowl full of the low-fat curd. The options for a healthy breakfast are two Raggi vegetable paddus and peanut chutney or 2 fluffy but small vegetable pancakes. If you want to try South Indian cuisine you can go for 2 Idlis and sambhar.
For a healthy mid-morning snack, you can go for a seedful chikki or 3 to 4 dry fruits, or simply a bowl of fresh fruit.

There are plenty of healthy options for lunch. Go for a bowl of millet and dal khichdi and a bowl of mixed vegetable gravy. You can switch to two multigrain chappatis, a bowl of non-veg gravy and take a glass of spicy buttermilk. Two vegetable millet uttapams and a bowl sambhar too is a great choice.
For evening refreshment go for a cup of spicy boiled corn and cup of coffee. You can also go for a fruit or just a glass of whey protein milk.
For dinner, you can go for a bowl of vegetable and seed salad and 2 multigrain chappatis with non-veg gravy or daal. Another option is a bowl of red or brown rice with sambhar accompanied with egg burji.
