Start the day with a healthy breakfast
If you start your day with a healthy breakfast, then your weight remains balanced and the performance of the whole day is better. As a healthy breakfast teenager, you can take 30 to 60 grams of ground with a cup of nonfat milk. In this, you also add some pieces of watermelon. In addition, you can have a half cup of strawberry, half cup of blueberry and a cup of yoghurt together, in form of a smoothie. A nutritious lunch
In the lunch, you can make a sandwich with peanut butter and banana sandwiches. For this, all you need is 2-3 spoons peanut butter and some pieces of banana and the wheat bread. To complete this diet, you can eat a cup of curd and one to two cups of chopped vegetables. Add 30 to 40 grams of paneer as well. Light Dinner
Many teenagers opt for unhealthy eating options like pizzas and pasta for dinner, by doing this they are killing their health.
