Lunch: The lunch includes a boiled egg, a cup of cottage cheese, 5 salt crackers and a cup of tea or coffee.

Dinner: Two hot dogs, half cups of carrot and broccoli, half banana and half cup vanilla ice cream.

#Third Day: On the third day, you have to take 110 calories.

Breakfast: 28 grams cheddar cheese, 5 salt crackers, a small apple and a cup of tea or coffee.

Lunch: A slice of toast, an egg and a cup of tea or coffee.

Dinner: One cup tuna, half banana and 1 cup vanilla ice cream.

During the first phase of diet plan, you can consume water or coffee several times a day but without sugar.

For the rest of days
In these four days, your diet remains the same. You have to avoid snacks even in the second phase. You can increase the calorie intake to 1500 calories.
