How to gain weight in one month with the right diet plan

In the breakfast have 2-3 boiled eggs, a bowl of milk and cereal and 2 toast. Other than this you can include paratha/poha/upma in your breakfast routine. Always remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Mid-morning snack

In the lunch, you can have a bowl of dal, 2-3 chappatis, fish, chicken or egg and some vegetable mix. Other than this have a bowl full of rice with panner or curd.

Evening snacks
In the evening time, you can have a milkshake or you can have veg/ non-veg cheese sandwich.

You can have fish and potatoes in dinner or vegetable grill sandwich or you can just have the tandoori chicken.

Post dinner snacks
Have a glass of milk before sleeping.
