  1. What to eat on the 5th day of GM diet plan
    8 am – 1 bowl tomato soup + coated cheese (100) grams + 2 glasses of water
    10 am – 50 grams fry meat or cheese + 2 glasses of water
    12 pm- 50 grams fry meat or cheese + 2 glasses of water + one tomato
    2 pm- 100 grams of boiled meat / coated cheese + one cup tomato soup + 2 glasses of water
    4 pm – 50 grams fry meat or cheese + 2 glasses of water
    6 pm- 50 grams fry meat or cheese + 2 glasses of water + one tomato

  2. Meat/coated cheese + tomatoes
    If you eat non-veg, then you can eat meat on the 5th day. On the fifth day, you can consume up to 500 grams of meat or chicken. If you are a vegetarian, you can eat a coated cheese and tomato soup or tomatoes instead of meat and chicken.
  3. Drink adequate water
    Meat increases the level of uric acid in the blood, so eat meat, drink 14 glasses of water throughout the day. If you are vegetarian, then drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day.
  4. How to make the 5th day successful
  • Make your mile plan a day before.
  • It is difficult for you to stay hungry for a long time, so eat 6-7 times a day.
  • If you do not like tomatoes, then get a tomato soup once a day.
  • Pack meat or cheese so that you can eat whenever you feel hungry.
