    Four week diet plan to lose weight
    Diet plan: Women can lose weight by following a four-week diet plan.

    Early morning
    On the first week of diet plan, consume one fruit of your choice plus 3-4 mixed seeds such as flax, sesame, melon and any other.
    Breakfast
     A glass of vegetable juice and paneer sandwich. Ans also 2 whole grain bread slices.
    Mid-morning
    In mid-morning snacks, you can have 2 dates and also 4 walnuts or any fruit of your choice.
    Pre-Lunch
    One plate of salad with vinegar dressing.
    Lunch
