  1. Sample menu for the fourth day
    8 am: 1 glass banana shake + 2 glasses water
    10 am: 1 cup soup + 2 glasses of water
    Afternoon: 1 cup soup + 2 glasses of water + 2 bananas
    4 pm: 2 bananas + 1 glass water

  2. Banana and milk + Vegetable soup
    In the first 3 days of GM diet plan, you detoxify your body, which reduces the sodium and potassium in your body. To overcome this, you have to consume 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk throughout the day. On the 4th day, you can also drink soup to get rid of hunger.   3. Drink plenty of water

  4. How to complete the fourth day of GM diet plan successfully
    On the fourth day, add vegetables, bananas and milk to your meal.
    Make a meal plan for the fourth day with the right menu.
    Make more vegetable soup in the morning so that you can consume it throughout the day.
    Keep bananas with you so that you can eat anytime throughout the day.
    Drink plenty of water, drink 2 glasses of water before eating it.
    Eat 5-6 times to maintain energy throughout the day.
