Braxton Hicks Contraction is the scientific name of the ‘False Labour’. This symptom starts around the 6th week to before delivery date. Braxton Hicks Contractions are painless and irregular. When your uterus tightens up, your body prepares itself for the delivery. From the mid-pregnancy, it increases depending on the frequency and strength as your pregnancy progresses. Oxytocin hormone tightens then by the result of that the Braxton Hicks Contraction happens. They are not strong enough to initiate the labour. Pain:

This is a very common symptom when you have Braxton Hicks contractions. Pregnancy without vomiting is something you can not get rid of. So, you may mistakenly take this symptom as your labour. But there is one serious thing, if your vomiting is not getting stop after an hour or so, you should not waste time to rush to a doctor.
