What are the various health issues that may harm your baby while you are pregnant?
Diabetes: When you are asked to consume less sugary food, then follow it. Excess of sugar consumption might lead to the problem of diabetes in the pregnant woman. This will lead to heart disease, respiratory problem, obesity etc. in the body of a baby inside the mother’s womb.
Hypertension: Gestational hypertension is one of the most common problems during pregnancy. Under this condition, the blood vessels of the placenta become tight and it eventually restricts the supply of oxygen and all the essential nutrients to the baby in the foetus. Obesity: Obesity is very harmful to any person. Not only it creates problem while you are trying to conceive, it also disturbs your overall health. Obesity is not a good sign. It causes a lot of problems when you plan to conceive. Besides this, it also increases the risk of diabetes in the baby, might lead to preterm labour and obesity in the body of the body.
Anaemia: Most of the women come across the problems of anaemia during pregnancy. The lack of proper iron-rich diet, vitamin B12, folate, etc. might lead to the problem of anaemia. The child falls into the trap of low birth weight and also leads to many complications further in pregnancy. Not just this, it also impacts the overall growth of the baby.
