Juices and smoothies:
Drink natural juices of the fruits you like but avoid packaged juices as they are not fresh and has added preservatives which are harmful to consume at this delicate stage. If you are not a juice lover you may try drinking smoothies which are definitely less sugary and more flavorsome.
Yes! You read it right. At this phase of life, you can allow yourself to eat fats. Fats give your body energy which is essential in this phase. Gulp small amounts of butter and ‘ghee’ which will prepare your body for labor and delivery.
Drink some delicious soups which you love! You can try out the tomato soup, chicken soup, vegetable soup or any other as per your taste bud. However, try to avoid the packaged soup and prepare a fresh one at home which has more nutritional value. Afterall! It’s not just for taste but for the well-being too!
Drink as much water as you can to keep yourself hydrated every time. You may also add some flavour to your water but make sure there should not be extra sugar quantities as you are supposed to avoid extra sugar.
