Low-fat dairy foods:
The low-fat dairy product is not advisable if you are trying to conceive. Low-fat dairy milk, curd, yoghurt etc. sometimes contain androgens. These can be whole-wheat bread, pasta, brown rice and make a combo of protein, fibre, and essential fats.

Raw animal products:
If you eat raw animal products like meat, seafood, and eggs, you should stop eating them if you are trying to get pregnant. These raw animal foods contain bacteria like salmonella, coliform and toxoplasmosis. These bacteria can infect a fetus if it passes through the placenta.

Canned and bottled drinks:
You should avoid drinking bottled water or canned drinks during your ovulation time. These drinks contain BPA. This compound can reduce fertility in both men and women.
