A spoon of ginger juice is quite essential to get rid of bad breath problems. The antimicrobial property of ginger helps in eliminating the bad odour besides treating any infection in the mouth too.

Green Tea:

Intake of green tea is essential if you want to get rid of bad breath. The phytochemicals in green tea are antibacterial in nature which helps in treating the bad breath problems.


Chewing parsley is beneficial when you have the bad mouth odour because the chlorophyll in parsley acts as an antibacterial agent which helps to eliminate the foul mouth smell.

Lemon Juice and Yoghurt:

The lemon juice is antibacterial hence, it can help to remove the odour causing bacteria in the mouth. Moreover, yoghurt restores the balance of the natural flora of the oral cavity. Therefore, mix 1 spoon of lemon juice and 2 spoons of yoghurt. Apply the mixture on teeth and the areas around. Leave the same for 5 to 7 minutes and then rinse it off with water.
