We all get troubled when the water enters our ear while we take a bath or go swimming. This is quite annoying state as it leads to itching and irritation in the ears. However, at times the water gets accumulated inside the ear. It leads to ticking and itching which may eventually lead to pain. Gravity: The first and the foremost thing that everyone does when encounters this problem is the use of gravity. So, tilt down your ear and press it hard for few seconds. Remove the hand. This will create some vacuum which eventually will flush off the water from the ear.

Cotton bud: One can easily use a cotton bud to soak the water gently. Place the earbud gently inside the ear and try to soak the water by keeping it inside for few seconds. Use a blow dryer: This has to be done with utmost care. Do not over blowdry your ear, else it will start to drain. So, stretch your earlobe a bit and use a blow dryer for around half a minute. Do not use the dryer too close to the ear. It will help to evaporate the water from the ear. Repeat the procedure again if required.

Garlic cloves: Garlic is anti-bacterial in nature which helps to get rid of the bacterial infection as well. Extract some garlic juice and use it in your ears. Now use a blow dryer to soak the water. Do not use it for more than 30- 40 seconds in a single go.

Rubbing alcohol: Rubbing alcohol has anti-bacterial properties which prevent any kind of infection inside the ear due to the water clogging. Mix some rubbing alcohol with vinegar and place few drops of the solution inside the ears. Wait for few seconds and then tilt your head to drain out the water.
