What Are The Home Remedies For Mouth Ulcers

Getting a sudden mouth ulcer is an annoying problem. It restricts us from eating, drinking and even talking. Coconut water:
Coconut water has various health benefits. It soothes any infection and inflammations easily. So, to use this, you can take some amount of honey in a small bowl. Add some coconut milk and water to the bowl and mix them well. Now take some concoction and massage it to the affected area with the tip of your finger. You can do this three-four times for 3 days. You may see the reduction of the infection.

Coriander Seeds:
Coriander seed-infused water can be a great remedy which treats various types of infections. You just have to boil two tablespoons of coriander seeds in one small bowl of water. After boiling this, keep it aside and let it calm. After cooling it you have to swish it around your mouth for 30 seconds thrice in a day. Keep doing this for 3 days. To get rid of your mouth ulcer faster, you have to use some lukewarm water salt. Take a glass of lukewarm water which you can take inside your mouth. Do not take the boiling water. Now just add one teaspoon full of salt to the glass and gently dilute it. Now, take this water into your mouth and start gargling. You can do this as much time you feel like. But do not do it less than three times in a day.

Orange juice:
Orange juice is full of vitamin C. Experts say that vitamin C deficiency is one of the most common reasons for mouth ulcers. Moreover, vitamin C boosts your immune system highly. It even makes you body capable to fight the infections, including mouth ulcers. So, to use this, you have to intake two oranges every day. You can make juice out of it or you can eat them directly.
