Home remedies to treat skin peeling on the feet
- Aloe vera
- Black tea
Aloe Vera has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which prevent the problem of skin peeling by keeping the skin hydrated. To use it, add 2 spoons of Aloe vera gel and add a few drops of Vitamin E oil and then apply it to your feet. Then let them dry. Then just wash your feet. Oatmeal helps to remove the dead cells with the moisturizer reaching the skin. After which the skin becomes soft and healthy. For this, first, make 2 teaspoons oatmeal and make powder. Now mix some dried rose water in this powder and make a paste. Massage the circular motion on the affected area with this paste. Then let it stay for 10 minutes after that wash the feet with normal water.
Bananas contain vitamins A, B and C which help to keep the skin hydrated. To use it, make a paste of mashed bananas. Now place this paste on the affected area. Lemon contains vitamin C which removes dead cells from the skin and prevents it from infection and inflammation. Along with this, it improves skin colour. To use it, mix lukewarm water and a lemon into a tub. Now soak the feet for 10-15 minutes in this tub. During this, scrub the legs with luffa. After that wash the feet with normal water and apply moisturizer.
By applying black tea on the skin, the skin that comes from the feet can be cured. Tea contains a compound called catechins which helps in making the skin healthy.
