Either drink apple cider vinegar with lukewarm water or wrap apple cider vinegar towel on the affected area to get immediate relief.

Massage: Massage the infected area with hot olive oil or coconut oil twice daily. Don’t be too harsh on your body. A gentle massage will help to provide relief to the body.
